Our agents recieve 85 -100% commission based on their abiliites and recieve free buyer leads on our bank owned homes, but they must commit to following up. They have the use of free computer workstations and printers, contract software and cloud technology for managing transactions, monthly coaching, all in our beautifully decorated office in the town of Bel Air.
